It may be necessary to scan your LAN Network to discover the IP address of the network switch or HDLAN Controller for your HDMI Over IP system. A network scanner can be used to discover all the devices on LAN.
A free Desktop Network Scanner that we have used is FING and supports both Windows and MAC OS.
